The group STAYC has appeared on the ‘Knowing Bros’ girl group special.
STAYC members (Sumin, Sieun, ISA, Seeun, Yoon and J) appeared on the JTBC show ‘Knowing Bros’ that aired on the 19th, and they showcased the ‘Knowing Bro’s Girls Battle.’
On this day, STAYC divided into ‘Stay’ and ‘C’ teams for a friendly competition and showed their excitement as newcomers to the show.
They kicked things off with the energetic performances of their hit songs ‘ASAP’ and ‘Teddy Bear.’ Additionally, Sumin showcased her confident charm by performing a cover dance of Jeon Somi’s ‘DUMB DUMB.’
During the discussion about their experiences as a girl group, the story of STAYC’s training days garnered attention. Sieun confessed about her transition from being a child actress to becoming a trainee, saying, “Being a singer was a long-time dream. I was so eager to stand on stage that I couldn’t give up on my dream of becoming a singer.”
Yoon received special recognition from Kang Ho-dong for her unique sense of variety humor. While discussing role models, Yoon revealed that she has been a fan of Kang Ho-dong since his days as a wrestler, and when asked about her favorite program, she confidently answered, “Cheonhajangsa (Korean Wrestling King),” causing laughter.
Moreover, STAYC prepared an entertaining performance where they showcased relay dances to 2nd generation idol songs like Wonder Girls’ ‘Tell Me,’ KARA’s ‘Mister,’ and Girls’ Generation’s ‘Hoot.’
Their active participation continued on ‘Golden Bell.’ They impressed by answering various quizzes and showcasing dance performances of various K-POP songs. Yoon, in particular, automatically reacted and danced happily to all K-POP songs, earning praise from the MCs for her lively energy and sense of variety.
