The group STAYC has completed their first solo fan meeting in Japan.

STAYC(Sumin, Sieun, ISA, Seeun, Yoon, and J) held Japan’s first solo fan meeting 2023 STAYC FANMEETING ‘SWITH Gelato Factory in Japan’ in Osaka and Yokohama, Japan, for two days on the 13th and 15th, and met local fans with enthusiastic support.

‘SWITH Gelato Factory in Japan’ is STAYC’s first solo fan meeting in Japan after a comeback showcase held with the release of Japan’s second single album ‘Teddy Bear’ in April and ‘KCON JAPAN 2023’ in May. STAYC breathed hot with GLOBAL SWITH(fandom name) who sent constant support and love for a long time, giving them a time full of TEENFRESH.

STAYC, who opened the fan meeting splendidly with ‘POPPY,’ which was loved not only in Korea but also in Japan, filled the stage with representative hit songs that have been consistently popular since its release, such as ‘ASAP,’ ‘RUN2U,’ ‘SO BAD,’ and ‘STEREOTYPE.’

In addition, the perfect harmony with the local MC perfectly melted into the worldview of the ‘SWITH Gelato Factoy’ and gave STAYC a unique fun that can only be seen at the fan meeting. In particular, it hosted sections to select the best employees of the Gelato Factory, such as ‘taking out the tablecloth,’ ‘guessing the song name of MIX,’ and etc. captivating fans at once with its sincere appearance and friendly unexpected charm.

STAYC, known for their teen fresh energy, received enthusiastic responses from fans for their reinterpretation of cover songs ranging from EXO’s “Love Shot” to Girls’ Generation’s “Way to Go” and Aimyon’s “Ai Wo Tsutaetaidatoka.” They also presented special setlists that were exclusive to STAYC, along with preparing special stages for each performance, which captivated the audience.

With the unique concept of “Sweet Gelato Factory” and their outstanding all-around performance as “all members, all rounders” STAYC fully mesmerized the audience with their stage production. The stages that allowed fans to experience the charm of all six members through freetalk sessions and Japanese versions further added to the excitement and left a deep impression, providing unforgettable moments for the fans.
