STAYC hits 20 million views of ‘ASAP’ M/V…Twice as fast as ‘SO BAD’

STAYC’s “ASAP” music video has surpassed 20 million views.
The music video for the title track ‘ASAP’of the second single ‘STAYDOM’ posted on the official YouTube channel of STAYC (Sumin, Sieun, Isa, Yoon and J) surpassed 20 million views as of the afternoon of the 17th.
The music video of ‘ASAP’ released at 6 p.m. on the 8th at the same time as the release of the music, surpassed 2.5 million views in less than a day and 10 million views in 3 days, and even reached 20 million views in 9 days, proving STAYC’s hot rise. In particular, compared to STAYC’s 10 million views in 10 days with their debut song ‘SO BAD’ it draws attention as they has written more than twice the new record over the same period.
In addition to music video views, ‘ASAP’ was ranked 5th in BUGS MUSIC and 17th in Genie. It is also solidifying STAYC’s presence in the music industry this spring with their own best record on the real-time music charts. ‘STAYDOM’ topped the i-tunes TOP K-POP album chart and reached 6th on the World wide album chart. It has also been steadily receiving positive responses from global music fans, decorating Spotify’s main cover of K-POP playlist.
According to Hanteo Chart, a Korean music sales site, the album ‘STAYDOM’ recorded 35,518 copies in the first week of their release (April 8th to April 14th), ranking 4th among female group albums released this year. Through this, STAYC has proved their fandom power beyond the music as well as the representative of 4th generation of K-pop girl groups.
