The group STAYC is embarking on a new musical journey with their debut full-length album.

STAYC (Sumin, Sieun, Isa, Seeun, Yoon, J) will release their first full-length album, “Metamorphic,” on various online music sites on the 1st at 6 PM.

“Metamorphic” is STAYC’s first album in approximately 11 months since their third mini-album, “TEENFRESH,” released in August last year. True to its name, which signifies “change,” the album showcases a concept evolution, visual transformation, and upgraded skills, promising to captivate the eyes and ears of global fans.

As their first full-length album since debut, “Metamorphic” is highly anticipated to be a high-quality album that encapsulates the musical achievements accumulated over the past 3 years and 8 months.

The title track, “Cheeky Icy Thang,” embodies STAYC’s cool yet bold and cheeky attitude. Produced by Black Eyed Pilseung (B.E.P), the representative producer of High Up Entertainment, this trusted collaboration with STAYC promises a unique musical color that is hard for anyone else to replicate.

Additionally, the album includes an alternative R&B song “Twenty” that signal a new chapter for STAYC, the hybrid pop song “1 Thing,” which reflects STAYC’s independent growth, and the romantic “Give It 2 Me,” which sings about a journey for one’s most precious self. Other tracks include the pop-rock song “Let Me Know,” featuring STAYC’s sweet confession, and the pop R&B track “Nada,” which has groovy vocals and a hip vibe.

Additionally, the album is enriched with a variety of tracks like “Beauty Bomb,” an R&B pop track that delves into the journey of discovering one’s true self, “Gummy Bear,” a pop song that vows to enjoy life as colorful as jelly, “Flexing On My Ex,” a refreshing teen pop song that reflects on overcoming past hurts, and “Trouble Maker,” a dance track with a lively festival atmosphere, enhanced by acoustic instrument sounds.

Furthermore, the album includes “Find,” a unit track with a dreamy sound featuring Sieun, Seeun, and J, “Fakin’,” a unit song blending urban band elements by Sumin and Yoon, “Roses,,” Isa’s solo song with an adorable vibe, and “Stay WITH me,” a high-teen emotional fan song where all members participated in writing lyrics. These tracks collectively make up STAYC’s first debut full-length album.

This album will be released not only in ‘Cheeky’ and ‘Icy’ versions but also in a ‘Figure’ version. It includes figurines resembling each of the six members, along with a tin case, photocards, deco stickers, and a mini photobook, enhancing its collectible value.

Having previously showcased their distinctive team color with “TEENFRESH,” STAYC is set to surprise everyone with a transformation in their first full-length album. Anticipation is high for this comeback, as STAYC aims to surpass their established musical styles and genres.

Meanwhile, in celebration of the release of their first full-length album “Metamorphic” on the 1st, a pop up space has been set up at Cafe Scène located in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, since the 28th of last month.
