STAYC, global music streaming power is working! Spotify’s 3rd 100 million streams hits, accumulated number of playbacks surpass 400 million

STAYC is continuing its hot music power.
STAYC (Sumin, Sieun, ISA, Seeun, Yoon, and J) recently achieved 100 million streams of the world’s largest music streaming site Spotify with their second single ‘STAYDOM’.
This is the third 100 million streaming record following their first mini-album ‘STEREOTYPE’ and the second mini-album ‘YOUNG-LUV.COM’, proving once again the enthusiastic love and interest of world fans for STAYC.
‘STAYDOM’ is an album released in April last year, and the title track ‘ASAP’ was loved for their addictive melody and lovely point choreography such as ‘Cat kneading Dance’. It achieved the feat of reaching No. 30 on Melon’s 2021 annual chart top 100 and has long been ranked on various charts.
In particular, STAYC has surpassed 400 million cumulative playback of Spotify with all of their albums it has released so far, including their debut album ‘Star To A Young Culture’. In addition, according to Spotify’s ‘Wrapped’ year-end settlement data, it solidified their global status by ranking 10th in the most streamed K-pop women’s group of the year.
STAYC has been steadily showing their music power in various indicators and has recently continued their global move with the debut single ‘POPPY’ in Japan. STAYC held a showcase before their official debut in Japan and is gaining popularity in Japan, including large digital displays around Shibuya and special sales booths for ‘POPPY’ in Tower Records.
Meanwhile, STAYC successfully completed their first overseas fan meeting in Manila, Philippines, on the 3rd. They will hold a series of fan meetings in Taipei, Taiwan, on the 10th to have a special memories with global fans.
